Measurement methods: 
Method A: The easiest method is using a Tailor's measuring tape
Method B: If you don't have measuring tape, fear not... this method is also easy! Use sticky tape and mark each end with a pen. Then just remove the tape and measure with a ruler.
**Note: All size measurements are in millimetres. 

Measure your widest curvature:
Begin by measuring the widest part of your natural nail bed to find your ideal size.

Size-up if needed: 
If your measurement falls between two sizes or if you have flatter nail beds, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit. A slightly larger size can easily be filed down to fit perfectly, whereas a nail too small can never be made to provide a perfect fit or will fail to adhere properly.

At this point in time we aren't ready to start international shipping yet. However we plan to offer international shipping by the end of Feb 2025, so hold on tight!

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS & DAMAGED ORDER:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@adorablehands.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
